Congrats to the winners and thank you to everyone who took the time out of their busy schedules to participate.  Participation has tapered off (I'm guilty as well) so I appreciate those that made an effort.

I was going to solicit more votes for a tiebreaker, but that is time-consuming and I know everyone was anxious to see the winners.

Even though the 1st-place winners got the same amount of votes, George got the most 1st-place votes.  So in my opinion he should receive the coveted title of "Ambassador of Challenges".  However, if you all want to duke it out.......

I read your comments in my last post and I have to say, I don't know either of you that well but I am ABSOLUTELY sure you two are going to get your just rewards.  Mom was in a nursing home for almost 9 years and I was astounded at the number of people that had no one come and visit them, and they DID have family!  They were deposited and forgotten.
We are so fortunately to be a very close-knit family and we all visited Mom on a regular basis.  But my dad who is now 88 went 3 x a day, 7 days a week.  He fed her ALL her meals, did her laundry, combed her hair, talked to her a lot and of course sang to her all the time.  He also sang to the other residents (and staff) and told jokes -   The only day he missed was when he was in the hospital.  I honestly don't know how he did it.  So I take my hat off to you both because it takes a special kind of person to do what you both did.

Amy, I think you've stumped some folks with this challenge.  I found it quite difficult to capture the movement initiated by wind.  But the entries thus far are very good.

I don't know about anyone else but I really enjoy these challenges and this one was great!!!!

I finally made it back to the Everglades.  It's probably been over 30 years since I was there last.  There weren't as many birds as I had hoped to see but it was a great day anyway.

Yin and Yang was taken at a stop along the way.

2 close 4 comfort, Glider, and Mmmm, I smell tourists! was a gator that came out of the water very swiftly.  I thought it was going to come right onto the path after us.  It was just getting away from another gator that was chasing it.Glider Glades Beauty Mmmm, I smell tourists! 2 close 4 comfort!

I worked in Marathon last Sat. and it was pretty blustery.  This was taken at a restaurant called The Island.  Great food however, I ran out of quarters.
