How to transfer your belly with 7-piece kit?

Well, I've had my belly button 4 times haha, I looked in the kit. Take the swab with alcohol and clean the area. Take the caliper and put him in the belly button with the circle in which to put the needle through. Tie a rubber band about 2 cm from the circle.
