Where are legally with Tennant, who did not pay the rent?
I bought a house for an investment in the UK in April. I had planned to rent this to cover the mortgage and luck would have it, the occupant wanted to stay and rent the house. It was their marital home had to be sold as part of its divorce, but she and her children were happy to stay at her and said he could pay rent with their marriage contract. eviction order, because if she was planning on paying, she would answer the door and try something out. that is counting on you to be gentle, because you have children, but you can not let that make you go bankrupt. she will be out there, but only after she has played the system so you can live rent-free during as long as she can milk their kindness. people like this to be a living doing this to people. gets tough, and make it stop disappointment with you. save your investment, and lack this woman. you just go to the next sucker to live free, so do not feel bad. she will be fine.
