the "Last Round" bell has been rung so set those alarm clocks for your last minute entries.
I think we all have the voting routine worked out, so you can send me your votes here, or to GMOSEL@beckman.com. Please only send your vote to one address, or I'm sure to become quite confused...
Echos from the Twilight Zone
I think I may go and find a local hill or mountain and take a couple from there also just to change it up a little.
The balboa Pavillion shots are old ones and were taken with my other camera (Minolta Dimage A1)

Back From The Toilight Zone
It’s great to be back, and I see that you’ve all been posting some really nice work. From the quick look I just took, I’d say my two favorites are Mima’s “Cruisin’ for chicks” and George’s “Too Little Too Far”. Maybe I’ll have time tomorrow to take a closer look, read all the comments, and add some of my own. Today, Mangos and my wife and I went to Flamingo Gardens for a little photo practice. I think I may have gotten some nice Flamingo and Peacock shots. I’ll look through them tomorrow and post any nice ones.

Challenge: The Twilight Zone.
I love the sea, so seascapes came to pass, but then I realised that not everyone is close to an ocean and that wouldn't be fair either.
Dangerous Creatures are always good fun too, but some of you don't like bugs and bighty things and I wouldn't want to take anyone way out their comfort zones.
Zones. ZONES! And hence, "The Twilight Zone" came to be. I was going to be really cruel and make it the morning twilight but some people just can't get out of bed before 10:00, or for less than 10 grand, so I included the evening Twilight Zone so that the late risers can play too!
So there it is, February is "Twilight Zone". That is the time before the sun breaks the horizon in the morning and the time when the sun falls below the horizon in the evening. That means the only rule is no "Sunrises" or "Sunsets"!!
The challenge here is, that the twilight zone is very grey and difficult to extract real colours.
Here is the Twilight Zone of my home, the city of Brisbane, before the world awakens.
Atten-SHUN! Pre-SENT TRIPODS! Why haven't you polished that remote release, Soldier?!
What I'm trying to say is that you need a bit of discipline to get up when the alarm clock goes off.
