3 watt digital bag phone, any idea where can I get one?
Be ARER bag phones old school, but we live so far from the city We have a very difficult time getting a digital sevice 'phone.When Cell regular' analog service that we had to use a phone the bag to get a signal, but I have not been able to find a source to a digital one. I know there, I knew someone who had one. BTW you can not aff Ord stelita phone, you must come to the city for use by network ..
Check out the series phones from Motorola M. There are 3 watts, but are much higher than the power hand phones at 2 watts. The bag (compared with the vehicle) phone is rated at 400 mA of output according to the Motorola site that I am assuming is a misprint. Or you mean 400mW or if the phone consumes 400mA at 12V is 4.8 watts, but the transmitters are not 100% efficient, so that is 3 watts. Weird. Anyway, still made for both CDMA and GSM. There's even a version in the vehicle iDEN. You can only have trouble finding a company that will have them in stock. Googling the model numbers shows some people have for sale, unlocked and no contract of several hundred dollars.
